What does Merchvoro sell?
Merchvoro sells outdoor seating and comfort essentials, including porch swings, patio chairs, camping chairs, beach chairs, hammock chairs, swing stands, outdoor benches, patio sets, and lounge chairs.
Where does Merchvoro ship?
Merchvoro currently ships to addresses within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Merchvoro does not currently offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, severe weather, or if an item requires oversized package handling.
How long does shipping take?
For U.S. orders, standard shipping usually takes 5–8 business days after processing.
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier volume, weather, location, package size, and oversized item handling.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100.
The free shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and before taxes, if applicable.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Why did I receive multiple tracking numbers?
Some outdoor furniture items, larger chairs, porch swings, swing stands, or multi-item orders may ship separately depending on package size, warehouse location, carrier handling, or availability.
If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
What if my package is delayed?
Shipping delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier volume, incorrect address information, oversized package handling, or local delivery conditions.
If your tracking has not updated for several business days, contact us at support@merchvoro.com with your order number and tracking number.
What if my package says delivered, but I cannot find it?
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check your porch, mailbox, garage, parcel locker, front desk, or with household members and neighbors.
If you still cannot find it, contact the carrier for delivery confirmation. You may also contact us and we will do our best to help with the carrier claim process.
Merchvoro is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing or stolen.
Can I return my order?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unassembled when possible, in original condition, and in original packaging when possible.
Please review our Refund Policy before starting a return.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
