30-Day Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- Unassembled when possible
- In original condition
- In original packaging when possible
- Free from stains, odors, outdoor wear, damage, or signs of use
Items that have been used, assembled, installed, altered, damaged, or exposed to outdoor conditions for extended periods may not be eligible for return.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

- The damaged or defective area
- The packaging
- The shipping label if available
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution depending on the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Used outdoor chairs, loungers, benches, or swings
- Assembled or installed furniture
- Products damaged by improper assembly or misuse
- Items damaged by weather exposure, outdoor storage, or lack of care
- Items missing original parts, hardware, cushions, or packaging
- Clearance or final sale items, if marked as final sale
- Items returned without approval
